POLICIES
Reservations:
Salon and Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card is required when making reservations. (Your card will not be charged unless there is a "no show" for your scheduled appointment)
Guest Cancellation:
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all Blueprint The Salon services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%. For no show or failed to cancel within 24 hours, appointments made with purchased Gift Cards, the Gift Card becomes invalid.
Arrival Time:
So as not to sacrifice any minutes of the salon and spa experiences, we suggest that clients arrive early. New clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier for your appointment for a consultation and to supply basic information. Unfortunately, clients arriving after their scheduled appointment time will not receive an extension of services and will be responsible for full service fees. All treatments must end at the scheduled time, as to prevent the delay of the next clients services.
Blueprint The Salon Policy on Guests Under the Age of 14
We LOVE children… some of us even have a few! As a courtesy to other salon guests and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.
A child who can sit quietly while unsupervised may wait in the reception area while a parent is getting a haircut but please be respectful of other clients by not allowing your children to be loud, rude, or unruly. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc).
Please accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!
Cell Phones & Pagers:
To keep the serenity of the Blueprint The Salon experience, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Every effort is made to ensure that the salon/spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect our other guests desire for privacy and quiet.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products. Due to multiple locations, gift cards must be presented at time of appointment & will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash value or extended past their expiration date.
Payment:
We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, and gift cards.
Gratuities may not be added to credit card transactions.
Notes:
Valuables should not be brought into the facility, as we are not responsible for articles lost or stolen. All sales are final, there are no refunds on services, including gift certificates.
Returns:
We accept any unopened and unused retail product return for complete refund within thirty days of purchase with receipt. Opened and/or used products may be returned for partial credit with receipt and with management approval for Blueprint The Salon Credit only. Blueprint The Salon Credit may be applied to the purchase of future product or service.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify your service provider and then the Blueprint The Salon management team immediately.
